Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute online and hybrid esports tournaments from inception to completion.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, platform setup, registration, and participant communication.
• Develop event marketing and promotional strategies to drive engagement and viewership.
• Liaise with tournament platforms, game developers, and sponsors to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide real-time support during events and troubleshoot issues for a positive participant experience.
