Placements24 is seeking a Senior Esports Tournament Organizer to lead end-to-end planning and execution of multiple tournaments from a fully remote home office. You will shape formats, rules, and scheduling while collaborating with developers, sponsors and broadcast partners to deliver engaging events.

The role requires 5+ years in esports tournament organization, strong project leadership, and budgetary discipline.

Qualifications

5+ years in esports tournament organization or event management.
Deep understanding of the esports ecosystem, games and structures.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Experience with budget management and financial tracking for events.
Proficiency with tournament management platforms and software.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multiple esports tournaments within budgets.
Develop tournament formats, rulesets and scheduling across titles.
Liaise with publishers/developers to secure licenses and ensure compliance.
Manage sponsor relationships and maximize partnership value.
Coordinate with production teams for high‑quality broadcast operations.
Oversee player registration, communication and support throughout the lifecycle.
