Qualifications

• Significant experience as an Equipment Specialist or in a similar technical support role.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with complex machinery or systems remotely.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software components relevant to the equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Self-discipline and strong time management skills for remote work effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance and expert advice on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using remote monitoring tools and customer-provided information.
• Guide customers through repair, calibration, and operational procedures via various communication channels.
