Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Engineer or similar role.
- In-depth software troubleshooting knowledge and methodologies.
- Strong Windows, Linux and macOS familiarity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with remote support tools and collaboration platforms.
- Self-motivated and organized in a remote work setting.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
- Experience with enterprise software, databases, or scripting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently within a distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for software applications via remote channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, bugs, and integrations.
- Document issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
- Analyze usage patterns and advise on best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering to report defects and feature requests.
- Develop and deliver technical training or webinars.
- Manage support tickets and maintain SLA adherence.
- Contribute to process/tool improvements.
- Stay updated with product updates and new features.
