This is not about spamming lists; it requires thoughtful outreach and using tools like Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Competenze

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• B2B sales experience preferred
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
