Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline.

As an SDR, you will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, while shaping the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. This is a remote, full-time role across South Africa with room to grow into Enterprise segments.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Strong written communication and ability to tailor outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
