Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years' experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with energy focus.
• Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large volumes of energy-related data from diverse sources.
• Develop and maintain robust data models and analytical frameworks.
• Perform statistical analysis, trend identification, and forecasting for energy markets.
• Create insightful visualizations and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and new revenue streams through data analysis.
• Collaborate remotely with business units, engineering teams, and management to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Develop and implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity.
• Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
• Stay current with data analysis techniques and energy industry trends.
• Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences effectively.
