The ideal candidate will have a quantitative background, 4+ years in energy data analysis, and hands-on experience with EMS/BAS systems, Excel, SQL, and Python/R. Remote flexibility and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental), Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in energy management, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R).
• Understanding of energy management systems (EMS), building automation systems (BAS), and energy auditing principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze energy consumption data from various sources and EMS platforms.
• Identify patterns, trends, and deviations in energy usage, pinpointing areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement energy efficiency strategies and action plans.
• Prepare regular reports on energy performance, cost savings, and environmental impact.
• Collaborate with operations and facilities teams to implement energy-saving measures.
• Stay abreast of new energy management technologies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools for energy performance tracking.
