Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer to join a fully remote team delivering advanced electrical systems across global products. You will design, analyze, and integrate hardware with software, helping push innovation in a flexible, distributed environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least five years of hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or KiCad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing electrical systems.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium Designer, KiCad).
• Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits, microcontrollers, and power electronics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver results within remote team environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design specifications for new electrical systems and upgrades to existing ones.
• Perform detailed analysis, including load calculations, circuit design, and system simulations, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with hardware and software development teams to integrate electrical components seamlessly into overall product architecture.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of electrical systems, documenting results and recommending improvements.
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance for electrical systems in the field.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of electrical engineering standards and best practices.
