Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational consulting, instructional design, or curriculum development with a focus on online/e-learning.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theories (e.g., andragogy) and online pedagogy.
• Experience with various LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant consulting or instructional design projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities
