Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote Early Years Coordinator to design online curriculum content, oversee a team of remote educators, and ensure high-quality early childhood education across South Africa.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field, at least 5 years in ECE with 2 in leadership, strong LMS proficiency, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple remote priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, particularly for online platforms.
• Proficiency with virtual learning environments, LMS, and other educational technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine innovative online curriculum for early years' students.
• Coordinate and support a team of remote educators, providing guidance and resources.
• Monitor the quality of online learning delivery and student engagement across all virtual classrooms.
• Liaise with parents and guardians to provide updates and address concerns regarding online learning.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to facilitate program delivery.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in online early childhood education.
