Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Early Childhood Program Manager to lead the strategic development and operational oversight of online early learning initiatives. This global, remote role focuses on designing, implementing, and scaling innovative digital programs for young children.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across education, content, and product to ensure engaging, accessible learning experiences while upholding best practices in child development and pedagogy.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in early childhood education, with 4+ years in program management, preferably remote/digital.
• Proven track record developing and scaling educational programs.
• Expert knowledge of child development and digital pedagogy.
• Strong leadership and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and implementation of remote early childhood education programs.
• Oversee program design, curriculum development, and content for online platforms.
• Manage a diverse, remote team of educators, content creators, and support staff.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for program effectiveness and user engagement.
• Ensure programs follow best practices in child development and digital pedagogy.
