Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Years Curriculum Designer to craft engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula for ages 3-6. The role involves designing digital and print resources and aligning with global standards, all within a fully remote team of educators and designers.

You will lead content development, integrate emerging trends, and create teacher guides and parent resources while maintaining rigorous quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of curriculum development experience for early childhood education.
• Strong portfolio of curriculum development work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with LMS and edtech tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative curriculum frameworks and lesson plans for early years (ages 3-6).
• Create engaging and interactive learning content, including digital resources, activities, and assessments.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with national and international early childhood education standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and visual artists to produce high-quality educational materials.
• Research and integrate emerging trends in early childhood education and technology into curriculum design.
• Develop teacher guides and parent resources to support curriculum implementation.
• Conduct reviews and revisions of existing curriculum based on feedback and data analysis.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for curriculum development initiatives.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and evolution of the organization's educational offerings.
• Maintain clear documentation and organization of all curriculum assets.
