Placements24 seeks an experienced Remote Early Childhood Education Specialist to design and refine online curriculum for ages 3-6. You will collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to create engaging content across modules, videos, and printables.

You’ll apply early learning theories, adapt materials for diverse learners, and help develop assessments. This fully remote role supports a globally accessible platform and remote team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in early childhood education with curriculum design.
• Proven experience developing digital learning content or online programs.
• Knowledge of early learning theories (Piaget, Vygotsky, Montessori).
• Familiarity with LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online curriculum and lesson plans for early childhood education.
• Create digital learning content including interactive modules, videos, and printables.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure pedagogy and objectives are met.
• Research and apply current trends in early childhood education and e-learning.
• Adapt curriculum for diverse learners and platforms.
• Develop assessment tools to measure learning progress.
• Review content for quality, accuracy, and engagement.
