Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Early Childhood Development Consultant to guide a global network of early learning centers. The role focuses on pedagogy, curriculum development, and child psychology, with remote, independent work and opportunities to influence educational outcomes worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in early childhood education, including curriculum development and program management.
• Proven experience as a consultant or adviser in the early childhood sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on early childhood development theories and best practices.
• Develop and refine educational curricula and program frameworks for various age groups.
• Create engaging training materials and resources for educators and administrators.
• Conduct virtual workshops and webinars on early childhood education topics.
• Analyze program effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Offer personalized coaching to center directors and lead teachers via virtual platforms.
• Stay current with research and trends and incorporate relevant findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
