Insideoutva is seeking a highly proactive Executive Assistant to act as the central execution hub for a veteran entrepreneur. This remote role supports a fast-moving construction and development business with a heavy emphasis on building digital systems, prioritization, and AI-assisted execution.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of high-level support experience, exceptional English communication, and comfort working independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar high-level support role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

• Transform rough ideas and notes into organized, actionable plans and digital workflows.
• Maintain and prioritize task lists, deadlines, and follow-ups for the owner.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and back-office staff to keep projects on track.
• Research, summarize information, and draft communications using AI tools (Claude).
• Help manage personal scheduling and reduce the owner's mental load with organized life administration.
