Job summary

TTRO is an organisation that designs and develops innovative learning solutions. We seek an experienced eLearning Developer to create high-quality courseware in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and manage content in Xyleme for multi-channel publishing.

You will work with instructional and digital designers to turn content into polished learning across LMS platforms, develop mobile-first modules, and build interactive courses with triggers, assessments and custom interactions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on eLearning development experience.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience with structured, single-source content authoring, Xyleme, or a comparable CCMS/LCMS.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong eye for learning design and UX.
• Multi-skilled and keen to broaden your toolkit.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Structure and manage single-source content in Xyleme for multi-channel publishing.
• Collaborate with design and media teams to maintain quality and consistency.
• Develop responsive, mobile-first modules in Articulate Rise.
• Build interactive, custom courses in Articulate Storyline with variables, triggers, assessments, and interactions.
• Collaborate with teams to keep quality and consistency high.
