Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of social media marketing experience with proven strategy development and execution, ideally in e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and their ads capabilities.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with creative flair.
• Experience managing paid social budgets and optimizing campaigns.
• Proven ability to build and manage online communities.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Remote/self-started work ethic for independent project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with e-commerce objectives and brand identity.
• Oversee all social channels, ensuring consistent voice and messaging.
• Create compelling content calendars, including posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
• Manage and execute paid social advertising campaigns across platforms to maximize ROI.
• Monitor trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity; adapt strategies accordingly.
• Analyze performance using analytics tools; provide detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, foster positive interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate social media with broader campaigns.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach.
• Continuously test and optimize content, campaigns, and strategies for better performance.
