Placements24 is seeking an energetic and organized E-commerce & Social Media Coordinator in a fully remote role based in East London, Eastern Cape. You will manage social media content, support e-commerce operations, and boost brand engagement across digital channels from your home office.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management or e-commerce support is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, following brand guidelines.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages and foster community interaction.
• Assist in creating social media graphics and sourcing visual assets (Canva).
• Support daily e-commerce operations including product listing updates and order tracking.
• Analyze social media performance and prepare basic reports on key metrics.
• Research social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and content planning.
• Provide customer inquiry support via social channels.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across online platforms.
• Assist with website content updates and basic SEO tasks.
