Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic and creative E-commerce Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our Mossel Bay online presence. You will craft engaging content, foster community interaction, and drive traffic and sales to our online store through compelling visuals and storytelling.

The role offers a fully remote setup with flexible hours, opportunities to learn, and collaboration with a dynamic marketing team.

Qualifications

Experience managing social media accounts; e-commerce context preferred.
Proficiency with social media management tools and Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Aesthetic sense and creativity in content creation.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Monitor channels for trends and feedback; respond promptly in brand voice.
Create graphics and short videos for posts using design tools.
Collaborate with marketing to align social media with campaigns and events.
Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy.
Assist in executing paid social media advertising campaigns.
