Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Remote E-commerce Sales Analyst to provide crucial insights into online sales performance and customer behavior. This fully remote role focuses on collecting and interpreting sales data, developing reports, and translating findings into actionable recommendations to drive revenue from anywhere.

You will analyze KPIs, identify trends, benchmark performance, and collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, and product teams to optimize strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst in e-commerce.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics platforms (GA/Adobe Analytics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from e-commerce channels.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs like conversion rate and AOV.
• Identify trends and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to benchmark performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve website performance and customer segmentation.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, and product teams to implement data-driven strategies.
