Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day online store activities, from order fulfillment to customer service oversight. This fully remote role supports a growing digital marketplace and requires proactive process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

You will monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels, analyze performance data, and drive improvements while ensuring smooth operations across marketing, sales and IT

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management and fulfillment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools to track operational performance and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order lifecycle with timely processing, accurate fulfillment and efficient shipping.
• Manage inventory levels and work with suppliers to optimize stock and ordering.
• Monitor website performance and user experience, addressing operational issues.
• Develop and implement customer service protocols to maintain high satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvements and implement process enhancements.
