Placements24 is searching for a data-driven Remote E-commerce Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy and paid acquisition. You will own end-to-end campaigns, optimize budgets, and drive customer growth in a fully remote role.

You will oversee paid social across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, plus search and display. Strong analytics, CRO, and leadership in a remote team are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years in performance marketing and social media management, focusing on ecommerce growth.
• Proven track record managing large paid campaigns with significant budgets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize ROI.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute integrated social media and performance marketing strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms to maximize ROAS.
• Oversee additional channels (search, display, affiliate) where applicable.
• Create and curate compelling content aligned with brand messaging and campaigns.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor budgets, spend, and KPIs; report findings to leadership.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Provide regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
