Placements24 is seeking a remote E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth through paid channels. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and other channels to acquire customers and improve ROI.

The role requires 4+ years in performance marketing within e-commerce, strong analytics, and ability to manage substantial budgets. Fully remote with global collaboration and continuous learning opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years in performance marketing, especially e-commerce.
• Proven track record managing paid social and SEM with large budgets.
• Expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and major platforms.
• Strong data analysis with Google Analytics, Excel, SQL.

Mansioni

• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across paid social and SEM.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Manage and allocate large advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and bids.
