Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced, fully remote E-commerce Social Media Marketing Manager. You will lead strategy, content, and paid campaigns across major platforms to drive growth for a leading e-commerce brand. Remote leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

The role requires 7–10 years in social media marketing with e-commerce focus, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive social media marketing experience with e-commerce focus.
• Proven track record of large-scale social media strategies driving growth.
• Extensive experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Experience leading remote teams effectively.
• Expertise in analytics, reporting and data interpretation.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce customer journey and CRO.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Oversee content creation, curation and distribution across platforms.
• Manage paid social campaigns: budgeting, targeting, creative, performance analysis for ROI.
• Lead and mentor a remote social media team.
