Placements24 is seeking a remote E-commerce Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager to develop, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and sales from a home office. Data-driven decisions will shape strategy and deliver measurable results.

You will plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and marketing automation tools; create compelling content; analyze performance and report findings; and adjust tactics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in digital marketing with focus on e-commerce campaigns.
• Proven track record with integrated campaigns and measurable results.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills using web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social, and affiliate marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads to achieve KPIs/ROAS.
• Create and manage marketing content including ad copy, newsletters, landing pages, and social updates.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, design, and sales to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends in e-commerce.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage relationships with external partners and agencies.
