Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth hacking, performance marketing, or a similar role with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Proven track record in driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Expertise in A/B testing, CRO, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles.
• Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven growth hacking strategies to increase customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention.
• Design and implement rapid A/B testing experiments across the website, social media, email, and advertising channels.
• Analyze user behavior, identify friction points in the customer journey, and propose innovative solutions.
• Leverage social media platforms for viral growth, community building, and direct sales.
• Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Monitor key growth metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
• Stay abreast of the latest growth hacking techniques, tools, and emerging digital trends.
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels to ensure efficient CAC.
• Develop strategies for customer referral programs and viral loops.
