About the Role

Our client, a prominent financial institution, is seeking a qualified and diligent Remote Real Estate Appraiser to join their expanding valuation services team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to conduct property valuations and prepare comprehensive appraisal reports from your home office. You will be responsible for performing accurate property assessments, analyzing market data, determining property values for a variety of purposes (including mortgage lending, investment analysis, and estate planning), and ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations. Strong knowledge of appraisal methodologies, local market conditions in Polokwane and surrounding areas, and excellent report writing skills are essential. You will collaborate remotely with underwriters, loan officers, and other stakeholders to provide timely and reliable valuation services. The ideal candidate is a licensed appraiser, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and is adept at managing their workload effective in a remote work environment.
