Qualifications

• Degree in Child and Family Studies, Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline.
• Experience in family support, early childhood intervention, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and family systems.
• Excellent virtual communication and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of available family support services within KwaZulu-Natal.
• Proficiency with teleconferencing software and case management systems.
