Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Drilling Fluids Engineer experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficient in drilling fluid systems, rheology, chemistry and solids control.
• Experience with remote troubleshooting and global rig support.
• Familiar with API RP 13B standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize drilling fluid programs.
• Monitor fluid properties remotely and analyze data for hole cleaning and wellbore stability.
• Provide real-time technical support to remote rig sites.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory and logistics for drilling fluid additives and equipment to remote locations.
• Conduct performance reviews and cost analysis of drilling fluid systems.
• Develop and deliver training on drilling fluid management.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and operations.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of operations.
