Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of drilling engineering experience.
• Experience with offshore and onshore drilling techniques.
• Ability to manage complex projects remotely.
• Familiarity with drilling fluids, cementing, and well control.

Responsibilities

• Develop drilling programs and procedures for well objectives and geology.
• Select equipment, tools and materials for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor drilling operations daily and adjust as needed.
• Manage drilling risk and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with rig crews and service providers for smooth operations.
• Prepare post-well reports detailing performance and lessons learned.
