Placements24 is seeking a highly organized and communicative Remote Dispatch Coordinator to manage transportation logistics from a fully remote location. You will coordinate drivers, optimize routes, and ensure timely movement of goods while maintaining accurate records.

This role requires excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and independent work in a remote setting. You will use dispatch software and communication platforms to monitor progress, resolve delays, and keep stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics coordination or related field.
• Proficient with dispatch management software and communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign delivery routes and schedules to a team of drivers.
• Monitor driver progress and vehicle status using dispatch software and communication tools.
• Proactively identify and resolve any logistical issues or delays to minimize impact.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and update logistics databases.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status.
