Qualifications

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital strategy, transformation, or related leadership roles, preferably within financial services. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation programs from conception to implementation. Strong understanding of digital technologies such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, big data analytics, and mobile platforms. Proven experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to think strategically and translate complex business needs into actionable digital solutions. Experience in managing budgets and cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and experience design principles.
