Placements24 is seeking an accomplished remote Project Manager specializing in Digital Transformation to join a forward-thinking organization. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the designated regions.

You will be responsible for leading complex digital initiatives, driving change, and ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies and processes across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience with a focus on digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using agile methodologies.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors in a virtual environment.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies with proactive mitigation plans.
• Drive adoption of new digital tools and processes and manage change across the organization.
