Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to deliver high-value digital solutions in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of project management experience in digital/IT, strong Agile knowledge, and proven ability to steer cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on digital or IT projects.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives including system implementations, process automation and technology upgrades.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management across departments.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Jira, Confluence and Trello.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and deployment of digital transformation projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria with senior management.
• Manage project teams, assign tasks and foster collaboration among remote members.
• Develop and manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource use.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies with effective solutions.
• Communicate status, risks and decisions to stakeholders with regular reports.
