Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years in digital strategy or innovation consulting.
• Proven track record in digital strategies and innovation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, platforms and business models.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in managing complex projects and leading remote teams.
• Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies.
• Hig hly adaptable, self-motivated, and thrive in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' digital maturity and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Develop digital strategies including business model innovation and market entry plans.
• Analyze emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Blockchain, etc.) and their business applications.
• Facilitate virtual ideation sessions and innovation workshops with client teams.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals for digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to design and pilot new digital products and services.
• Guide clients in adopting agile methodologies and fostering an innovation culture.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on digital trends and strategic recommendations.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables in a remote setting, ensuring client satisfaction.
