Placements24 is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for a fully remote role in the FMCG space, responsible for crafting and executing digital strategies to promote brands and drive e-commerce sales. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and FMCG brands.
• Proven experience in managing successful SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team.
• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and email marketing.
• Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Create engaging and compelling content (text, image, video) for social media, websites, and email newsletters.
• Manage social media accounts, fostering community engagement and responding to customer inquiries.
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and e-commerce metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize product listings, user experience, and conversion rates on our online store.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Identify and leverage new digital channels and opportunities to reach target audiences.
• Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
