Placements24 is seeking a Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to drive online growth and customer loyalty from a fully remote base within South Africa. You will orchestrate multi-channel digital marketing and lead CRM initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing with a strong CRM focus, expertise in major CRM platforms, and a data-driven mindset. You will collaborate across teams to optimize campaigns and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years in digital marketing with strong CRM focus.
• Proven CRM platform management experience (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
• Track record of data-driven campaigns that improve acquisition and retention.
• Strong analytics skills and proficiency with GA, SEO/SEM tools, social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email and content.
• Lead CRM initiatives: segmentation, loyalty programs and personalized campaigns.
• Manage CRM platform data integrity, workflows and utilization for marketing.
• Analyze campaigns and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and loyalty.
