Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Fitness Program Developer to design, implement and optimize digital fitness programs for a global audience. The role supports online delivery, collaborating with fitness professionals, designers and technologists to create scalable solutions.

You will create engaging content, track client progress and ensure best practices across platforms. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s in Exercise Science, 5+ years of program design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years designing remote fitness programs.
• Certification from NASM, ACE or ACSM required.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for online platforms.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and exercise programming.

Responsibilities

• Design, refine and deliver comprehensive online fitness programs.
• Create video demos, written instructions and motivational content.
• Collaborate with trainers and dietitians to ensure accuracy.
• Use fitness tracking tech to monitor progress and give feedback.
• Stay updated on sports science trends to inform programs.
• Contribute to UX/UI for fitness apps and platforms.
• Develop assessment tools to evaluate outcomes.
• Work with marketing to highlight program benefits.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
