Placements24 is seeking a Remote Virtual Fitness Coach & Program Designer to craft personalized online fitness programs and deliver engaging virtual coaching sessions. You will create video content, track progress, and support clients entirely online, while staying current with exercise science trends.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Minimum of 3 years as a personal trainer or fitness coach, with at least 1 year of virtual coaching.
• Proven ability to design effective and progressive fitness programs for various levels and goals.
• Excellent understanding of exercise physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition principles.
• Strong proficiency with Zoom, Google Meet and fitness tracking apps.
• Exceptional communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-disciplined, highly organized, and capable of managing a remote workload independently.
• Experience in designing fitness content (videos, articles) is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized online fitness programs based on individual client assessments and goals.
• Conduct one-on-one and group virtual coaching sessions via video conferencing platforms.
• Provide ongoing motivation, accountability, and support to clients to ensure adherence to their programs.
• Develop engaging and effective workout routines, including video demonstrations and instructional content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online fitness coaching and exercise science.
• Track client progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with the digital content team to create high-quality fitness resources, articles, and social media content.
• Utilize the company's proprietary software for client management and program delivery.
• Foster a positive and encouraging online community among clients.
