Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching, with a proven ability to achieve client results.
• Demonstrated expertise in strength training, cardio, and flexibility.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and their application to fitness goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills for virtual interactions.
• Proficiency in using fitness tracking apps, virtual conferencing tools, and other relevant digital technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual fitness assessments and consultations to understand client needs, goals, and limitations.
