Blacksmith Agency is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to open doors and build pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel: researching targets, sourcing contacts and booking initial meetings with qualified decision makers to create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role involves thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality engagement

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Proficient with Salesforce and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
