Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, email, and phone, while maintaining CRM hygiene in Salesforce and SalesLoft. Remote work within South Africa is supported for this full-time position.

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to research and target ICP and craft outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
