Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency experience preferred.
• Ability to personalise outreach and write clearly.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and maintaining contact lists.
• Experience using CRM and sales sequencing platforms.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and tighten feedback with the sales team.
