Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and build pipeline. As an SDR, you will research accounts, identify decision makers and book discovery calls for Account Executives, while maintaining clean CRM data.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute personalized outreach, test messaging, and optimize targeting across channels. This is a full-time remote role based in South Africa.

Qualifications

2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
