Job summary

OperationsArmy is seeking an Accounting AI Analyst to support our remote AI operations team. You will label and review AI-generated outputs, identify inconsistencies, and help improve model performance in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in data entry or finance operations, strong reading and written English, and familiarity with Airtable and Google Sheets. You will work with contracts, accounts receivable, and related financial data.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in data entry, finance operations, or QA roles.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow workflows.
• Good written English for internal docs.
• Familiarity with accounting terms (invoices, aging reports) is a plus.
• Proficient with Airtable, Google Sheets, and AI annotation tools.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized.
• Thrive in fully remote, fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Label and annotate AI conversations using internal tools.
• Review and QA AI outputs related to contracts and receivable data.
• Identify and escalate issues to leads or stakeholders.
• Document edge cases to support model training and improvements.
• Contribute to workflow development and QA best practices.
• Maintain quality and productivity meeting daily targets.
