Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Data Analyst for an insurance client. You will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to insurance products, identify trends, and support product development, marketing, and underwriting.

The role requires strong SQL, experience with Tableau/Power BI, and proficiency in Python or R. It offers remote-first setup and opportunities to apply advanced analytics in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data mining techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources for analysis.
