IQVIA is seeking a Data Acquisition Specialist to manage the definition, setup, and ingestion of External Data Streams for clinical trials in a remote/homebased role. You will coordinate with data stakeholders, ensure data transfer conformance, and translate medical concepts into data mappings for clinicians and programmers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience with external data sources in a clinical study environment, along with knowledge of SDTM and GCP/ICH

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing data in clinical research.
• Experience with external data sources such as Safety Lab, PK, biomarkers, ECG.
• Experience working with external data providers in a clinical study setting.
• Experience developing data transfer agreements.
• Experience in clinical trials and cross-functional, global teams.
• Knowledge of SDTM.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute deliverables for Standardized External Data Streams.
• Assess external data collection requirements per protocol and plan setup activities.
• Liaise with data stakeholders to establish data transfer and structure requirements.
• Create change requests for new data concepts or structures.
• Develop trial-specific Data Transfer Agreements documenting requirements.
• Ensure data transfer frequencies meet study timelines.
• Liaise with external data providers to ensure alignment of tsDTA.
• Translate medical concepts into data mapping guidance for Clinical programmers.
• UAT of test data transfers to ensure accuracy with specifications.
• Implement data transfer mechanisms for external data streams into the system.
