Qualifications

• Thorough hands-on knowledge of Check Point products.
• 8+ years of experience with IP based networks, network design, and security products.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and cyber security concepts.
• Good Linux command line knowledge preferred.
• Experience with VSX, MDSM and Scalable Platforms preferred.
• Customer oriented and post-sales experience with direct face-to-face service.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Consult closely with clients to understand needs and provide Check Point solutions.
• Design effective security solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Lead deployments of Check Point solutions, remotely and on-site.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Build strong client relationships and provide prompt support.
• Maintain detailed project records and documentation.
• Stay updated on Cyber Security trends and Check Point products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
• Travel regionally as needed to serve clients effectively.
