The role suits seasoned educators with strong analytical, reporting, and independent work capabilities, able to manage multiple projects in a remote team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of curriculum design, development, and evaluation experience.
• Proven track record advising organizations on curriculum improvement.
• Deep understanding of current educational trends, learning theories, and assessment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Review existing curricula for K-12 and higher education.
• Develop strategic recommendations for curriculum enhancements and assessment methods.
• Collaborate with educators, admins, and subject-matter experts to understand needs and goals.
• Design and present detailed reports and proposals outlining curriculum development plans.
• Research and advise on integration of emerging educational technologies and learning theories into design.
• Ensure curriculum frameworks align with national standards and accreditation requirements.
